i went through all the tips needed to get flat screen to turn on ...blue light continue to flash.in 2010 i replaced a filter or fuse when the picture on the screen was dull or dark and the repairman stated in about 3 or 4 years that part goes out.i don't recall the blue light flashing though.what should i do now?
