Question About JVC Flat Panel Television None

The timer light is on in front of tv. Through out the day it just cuts off the only way to turn it back on is to unplug it and plug it back in. It's th AV-32D303 model. It was given to me so I don't have the manual. I have tried to go through the menu and it says the timer is off. JVC site does not have the manual. Can someone please help with this?
