Question About JVC Flat Panel Television LT 47em59
Manual Needed - Picture Quality...

I didn't get a manual and JVC is telling me 5 days just for a response. There seems to be an issue with the picture and I am hoping it is the settings. There are "flashes" on the screen as if it is constantly recalibrating itself.
