My JVC tv 55 inch, with Roku streaming stick, WILL...

My JVC tv 55 inch, with Roku streaming stick, WILL NOT TURN OFF! If you power off from remote, the TV turns back on within 5 seconds....if I turn off the direct tv signal, the words NO SIGNAL stay lit on the TV because I cannot turn it off! Any suggestions??
