i have a JVC iart tv that will not power on. if i ...

i have a JVC iart tv that will not power on. if i unplug it and plug it back in, occasionally it will act as though its going to turn on but nothing. theres also nothing when i press the power button or use the remote. can you tell me what may be the problem and what i can do to fix if, if possible.
