If you have a remote that is not the original that has zoomed your T.V. in how do you get it to zoom out. My T.V. is a JVC AV-48WP55 Projection T.V.

0 When I try to download the manual it only gives me a program for Windows Media Player program instead of the manual advertised. The Upload File is what your site keeps sending me instead of a manual.
