Does this manual show how to fix Closed Captioning? It has 3 options for CC; on off and on with mute. I would like to change it from on to off (when I need it to be on) or off to on. It doesn't work. Help please! It's an old tv but it has a great picture and I love it. I think we bought it about 15 yrs ago or so. Thank you very much!
