we have a recurring black square that I believe has something to do with the parental controls. It just pops up and blanks out 90% of the monitor.. It used to only happen on news shows. However this happens almost all the time now on any station.. If I press the volume, it makes the square temporarily disappear.. It returns in a few seconds.. This is driving us crazy....
