Question About Laser DVD Player DVD-HD007
Will not play MP4, DVD or USB. Keeps saying it is ...

Will not play MP4, DVD or USB. Keeps saying it is loading. Hum on audio, (but I could live with it) My media DVD and USB plays ok on a friends VEON dvd player HDD plugged into USB is not recognized at all. So far have received no help from my supplier.only had it a few days.Many thanks. All is in FAT32 format....Many thanks
