Question About Lenoxx Electronics DVD Player None
DVD player not working properly...

I purchased the DVD player a littl eover a year ago. I had to send it back to the factory once already. I had it back for about three months and now it is not working properly. The machine seems to be stuck in fast forward. I cannot get an email or phone call to the company. Please advise.
