I have a Lennox DVD Player and it has operated well for the last three years. I had put in a movie DVD and had seen only a minute or so of the movie when the picture was absent from the TV screen and a sign saying VIDEO was also displayed on the screen. I pressed the TV/VIDEO button on my TV remote but this did not help. Also I had noticed that the DVD player was not responding to my requests for OPEN/CLOSE, STOP etc.I found that the LCD Display was not on at all and I was unable to eject the DVD disc from the tray.No functions from the DVD player were operational at all. I would really appreciate a response as soon as possible which gives details as to the possible causes of this and how to fix it (cost indication).If a service manual could be provided or where I could download such a document, would be much appreciated.
