I have an LG blue ray player (model BD 390 and I have a new Internet connection. The modem/access point is a Verizon-Action Tech. The SSID is TVMSL. The Blue Ray player sees and correctly identifies the access point on the network setup screen but cannot connect to it. I have tried both the automated setup and the manual. With respect to manual set up I used the security key from the modem as the password which is probably wrong since it is an "open" connection. Not sure how to proceed.
