why would my LG BP135 blu ray player suddenly deci...

why would my LG BP135 blu ray player suddenly decide not to play a blu ray disc? i've tried unplugging it and letting it sit for a minute and then plugging it back up. that didn't work. i tried going into my settings and intializing the factory setting. that didn't work either. please help or i'm going to buy a new player and it won't be an LG.

0 I am having the same issues u are having it will play DVDs but not the blu rays have u found an answer
