Question About LG Electronics DVD Player LHX-557
Disc Drawer won't open...

We cannot get the drawer to open to remove the last DVD we watched. I changed batteries in remote and unplugged and plugged the DVD player back in. Still nothing. The "Sandby On" button is lit, but it won't turn off?
