I understand that it is necessary to update the units driver in order for it to work properly, as I have no manual I have no direction on how to accomplish this or even how to utilize the units complete potential. The unit rejects playing some dvd's or will only play part of others. Future Shop where I purchased the unit told me to update the driver - as a result I have not used the unit for over almost 2 years now because I need to know how to proceed if its even possible
