I have the DVP 492H LG dvd player. A fairly simple unit. The other day my son did something with the front panel controls and the disc tray won't eject anymore. When I press the eject button, the screen reads "Loc". I have tried almost everything including hours googling and calling LG's call center - a total waste of time. Nothing. Can someone please help?
