5 Remove any disc from the unit and close the disc tray. See that "no disc" is displayed on the display window. Then press STOP and hold for five seconds. Picture should return to COMPONENT VIDEO OUT port.

2 i want to find the manual for the same...accidently i had turn on the progressive scan,but i cant restore it now
