I have a digital cable box connected to my tv with an hdmi cable. I have tried to connect my lg dvd recorder to the tv using rca audio/video cables, and component cables but can't get anything but snow. I have changed the input each time I change the cables (Component, AV1, etc.) but nothing works. I have also tried Auto Channel set but no channels have been found. It will play a DVD but nothing else. Before I bought the HD Cable Box, I had it connected with a Basic Cable Box using a coaxial cable and it worked fine. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks.
