We are unable to play DVD's. It keeps saying "Cannot Read disc. Check disk and try again." We have tried normal DVD's, a music DVD etc and nothing works. Sometimes when you press play it just goes straight to the HDD and starts playing something we have saved. Cannot work it out. Please help. Very frustrating. Phoned Harvey Norman for help and still waiting on phone call.
