I get this error message “Copyrighted movie HDMI HDCP fail with TV” when I play a DVD movie that was purchased from a store – not a bootleg. The movie will start playing then the TV screen turns gray displays the error message for a few seconds then continues playing the movie. After about ten times I gave up and put in a different DVD but get the same problem. The LG DVD Player/Recorder/VCR Combo (RC797T) is connected to a Samsung 30" Slimfit HDTV (TXS3082W) via an HDMI cable.
