lamp and Ballast was defective. I was told by ServiceCare the Authorized Repair persons for the LG product that parts would cost $567 and Labor $225. The $75 diagonistic & $25 for pickup and delivery was not included in the cost of repairs. They also said repairs was gauranteed for 30-days. If you know how to repair it yourself you can send a e-mail to the LG company and they will give you the information of parts companies that will sell you the parts. customerservice@lge.com
