Question About LG Electronics Flat Panel Television MT-42PZ40V
pictue offset vertically...

Every Ttime I turn on the TV the picture is offset vertically by 1/3. 2/3 of the picture on the top, a bline then 1/3 of the picture on the bottom. If I let the set warm up for say 10 minutes then turn it off and on again the picture will lock correctly. regards Ken
