The picture setting is on Vivid. The picture size (ASPECT RATIO) is set on 14.9. the TV reacts to other settings. i. e. picture - Standard. Aspect ratio - Original. The setting stay for 3 to 5 minutes and then switch back first mentioned settings. The picture then show people short and fat. I use the owners manual instructions to no avail.Should I go back to factory settings and try again? Please help! Nic.
