I have a Lite-On LVW-1105HC+ that has stopped work...

I have a Lite-On LVW-1105HC+ that has stopped working (cooling fan runs but otherwise completely dead) Where can I get it repaired or where can I get a circuit diagram so that I can try and repair it myself?
