please give me an advise how to get the remote installed proberly The modelnumber of mij device (TVE) isn't reconized by your website. I can ignore the mesage and go along with instaling. However afther finishing, the TV is not responding on the remote control. I am in possession of the original remote but it isn't working anymore so it is not an option to use the learning ability. I can not find an answer in the FAQ's
