there is a gray bar across the top of the TV scree...

there is a gray bar across the top of the TV screen that says: HD720P Video-1 AMP it will not go away. the aspect ratio is also off...people are too tall The first problem I list occurred after I tried to fix the second problem Suggestions>

0 how do i change the 720P Video to 1080 P? I think that is why the picture is not filling the screen.
