We had an incident which required that we download a portion of the surveilance video files. I am having difficulty finding the software to view these files off the system. I was told it was the same software that came with the system. However I have the CD and I cannot find any available software on it to do that. I would gladly purchase the necessary software if it is available so we can proceed with the investigation.
