0 hey sandyfurness, hope this link help you eesecurity.net/images/MACE_DVR_Manual_10_Beta.pdf, but i have some problems too, the las guy config my DVR, its a DVR800 HP, erase the users 8888888 and 666666 and forgot the admin password, do you know how to reset admin password or set back to factory default? TnX
