Question About Magnavox Blu-ray Player NB500MS9
not playing...

my blu-ray player won't play blu-ray discs, it keeps saying error cannot playback disc, but it will play regular movies and cds what do I do?

0 Don't know. Having the same problem, except mine won't even play regular DVDs.

0 I talked to someone at the company and they said that they are having alot of problems with the blu-ray players and that we need an adaptation to the system, that they are working on it, but may not be down so that we can download it for 6 months to 1 year. Doesn't that suck?

0 Okay, well thanks for your help anyway. I'm going to try to return mine for another(working) one tomorrow at Wal-Mart, although I no longer have the box for it, so I don't know if they'll take it back. Wish me luck.

0 good luck, i called walmart and they said they wouldn't take the broke one and excahange it, but i think i have a way around that. let me know how you did.
