my magnavox mdvd803 player will not play certain d...

my magnavox mdvd803 player will not play certain discs- it seems that a layer of sound is not playing for some reason. it only happens on selected discs. the region is set to 0. how am I able to set it so I can play all layers of sound for all discs? thanks
