when DVD player is turned on there is nothing coming up on the t.v. I know when I first bought this product this happened and there was a "code" (for lack of better term) that when certain buttons on remote where pushed it "unlocked " it. I phoned and was wal;ked through the "code" and instantly the picture came up on the t.v. This was a long time ago it hadn't ever happened since and though I had the directions written down for this procedure so much time has passed that the instructions are long gone and I need help to figure this out once again! Can someone PLEASE HELP ME?? Thank You Kay
