suck in progressive scan mode wont play dvds

5 with no dvd in unit and progressive mode indication is on screen, hold down stop button for about 10 seconds and it will default back to regular dvd viewing.

0 I try to eject the DVD and the word SAFE comes on the box. The movie won't eject. There is a picture of a red key in the same area. Please HELP!!!
