Question About Magnavox DVD VCR Combo ZV450MW8A
recording error...

I can not record from the movie channels. (Verizon FIOS) I get "copy protection" errors code 45, sometimes code 26. and the unit will not record. I can record to the VCR, but even then it will not let me copy the recording to the DVD burner. There must be a way to work around this. Any help would be appreciated.
