THE TV IS STUCK IN SOME MODE THAT SAYS AGING THE WORD JUST KEEPS BLINKING AND CAN NOT GET IT BACK TO TV MODE AND ALSO IT HAS A WHITE BORDER ABOUT 3 INCHES UP THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN
