power button...

try to turn tv on, the green light flashes for about 3-4 minutes, turns off, we press it, green light comes on, then goes off...we repeat the process for about 5 minutes until it comes on.

0 I have same tv with exact same problem. I was told the 2074 capacito is bad and can be replaced with 2200UF35V from Radio Schack for about $5.00. I was also told you need to be pretty handy with a soldering gun. I have not tried this but I am going to as I have nothing to loose at this point as Magnavox will not stand behind its product.
