When turning on TV, the screen flashes light around the edges while the green light flashes. This can go on for 3 to 10 minutes then it shuts itself off. We go through this 3 or 4 times before the TV finally stays on and the picture appears. Is there a battery or something that needs to be replaced? Or, should I be calling for a repair man?
