Question About Magnavox TV Converter Box TB100MG9
I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT ON LINE AS A USED UNIT MODEL...

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT ON LINE AS A USED UNIT MODEL #tb100mw9 when I have unit all hooked up stand by light is on . When I hit the on button green light is blinking and after a couple of minutes it go back to stand by. Dos this mean the unit is bad or I just don't know what I'm doing. Thanks Harry!
