Using a universal remote, I accidentally pressed a button (I do not know which one) and lost the connection that brings in the hd signal. All I can get is snow. I cannot get the menu for the converter box to be viewable. I have plugged, unplugged, changed batteries, read the manual online and everything else I can think of. How can I get to set-up with a universal remote? How can I get the signal back?
