Setting RF OUT...

I press YES to the question :"Are you sure"on "RF OUT is RF THROUGH " setting. I don't have any connection .How will I undo setting? Thanks

4 make sure your tv is on ch 3 and hold down the setup button (on the converter box remote) for 15-20 seconds or until the menu comes up.
