Can this be fixed for under purchase price?...

No Picture No Sound 3 Years old Paid $996 This is what has already been done to it: Power Supply Voltage Checked All fuses checked Compositors Checked Burn Circuits checked Made sure Modular Plugs were Seated Correctly Checked for Ground Leakage
