MW24T5 having problem with error code BA3-0.02 E9,...

MW24T5 having problem with error code BA3-0.02 E9, what does this mean Serial number T47545298. no volume has great picture, just acting crazy turning off and on by it self, and you hit and button on remote it does exact opposite of what you need. Example hit volume, turns off. hit channel turns to dvd. please help with answer
