My 19MDTR20/17 goes into a mode I don't recognize - I haven't touched the remote or any buttons on the TV when it happens. The following shows up on the screen with no volume: BA4-0.15 19 (19 is in a black box) and there is the number 2 in each corner. The only way to get rid of it is to turn the TV off, turn it back on again. It's good for about 10 seconds, then it goes back into this mode. Help!
