VCR shuts down within a few seconds of tape insertion Took cover off to see what happens (supply reel pushes tape, but take-up reel does not engage and tape just bunches up.) It seems that the Idler is not swinging back and forth between the two reels. I can manually move the idler over to the right side to engage the take-up reel and the machine seems to play just fine (without eating the tape.) However, then I can't rewind. How can I repair the idler so that it will engage both reels, as needed?
