5 I'm Gabriella from the Memorex Product Support Department. I apologize for the inconvenience you are having with our product and I will do my best to assist you. First, let’s try resetting the unit. The instructions are as follows: 1. Please press and hold the power button on the unit. 2. Without letting go of the power button, please unplug the unit from the outlet. 3. Please hold the power button down for one minute after it has been unplugged. 4. After the minute has passed, please release the power button. 5. Please plug the unit back in and try one more time. If this does not work, please contact us at 1-877-363-6673 option 2 with your reference# 728735
