Question About Memorex DVD Player 2040-FLR
Wrong Region...

I'm trying to play my dvd of the charmed season, and it keeps stating wrong region at the top. Lately even sometimes it will tell me no disc, even if the disc is brand new, I unplug it, plug it back up, and then it works fine, except this time. What does Wrong Region mean?
