5 I just got off the phone with their support team and they suggested on your remote for your unit hold the power button for a few seconds until it unlocks. She didn't know how it gets locked, but the remote should work to get it unlocked. In case that doesn't work, their product support number is 877-363-6673

0 problem where it displays "SAFE" and cant do anything.. Has anyone figure out how to get out of this...have no idea how we got this!!!
