dark screen when turning on TV. I cannot see the p...

dark screen when turning on TV. I cannot see the picture tried adjusting the color, brightness, contrast, etc... will not lighten the screen. You can just make out the items to try to adjust it, sound works good. Just dark screen adjustment wont fix
