please help me reset v chip

4 OMG!! My mom just bought my daughter this tv at a garage sale and it didn't come with a manual. After plugging the tv in, the v chip was activated and I didn't have the password. I researched and this is what I did and I promise it works! On the main control you hold in the number 0, while on the tv system you are holding down the volume control button. Remember to hold them down at the same time. You will want to do this on a chanel that is snowy and it may take several times. I did it twice with nothing, turned the tv off-turned it back on switched to a different snowy chanel and I was prompted to reset the v chip password then give the ability to turn the v chip off. I was releived as my mom got the tv for $15 bucks and now it has a wonderful picture on it!

0 My mom bought a this tv for my daughter at a garage sale. V chip code was set and we have no idea how to reset password. Can you please help.
