5 Can't help, but I bought the same TV through QVC 2 years ago. Last night, the TV stooped responding to the remote and all the buttons on the TV console except the on/off. I've seen other reviews with people with similar problems, disc stuck or controls stopped working. I heard Mintek filed for bankruptcy 09/07 as well. Time to get a new TV
