Question About Mitsubishi TV Receiver ws-65869
lost manual for tv...

i am having trouble with the blinking green light. In our area we had a power surge & lost power for several hours. Not sure what to do next. Hoping the manual will have answers. Do you think that the power surge damaged my t.v.?
